Hi, Just go to the apple menu, go to software update, which will open the app store, and clock update all. Once the machine restarts, if you don't have Voiceover set to turn on in the login window, press CMD+F5 to turn it on so you can monitor the process of the update. The update is only 24MB, so it shouldn't take that long to download and install. Also, I also highly doubt there will be VoiceOver fixes in such a short notice and small update.
