When creating the virtual machine, fusion will give you the option to
use an ISO image as your install source. From there, it's the same as
using a DVD, enter the product key when asked, it's actually faster
using an ISO image than a disk.

finally give you a progress report.
Not a big thing, but, it's a tiny improvement.
