I've had that happen now and then. I think it's one of those things that
will probably happen once in awhile until they get IDevices that don't need
the servers to process for it.

Have any of you all been having issues this morning with Siri? I've
noticed since about 8 eastern time this morning, it's not worked for me,
nor has the dictation.
I've even rebooted my phone to absolutely no help.
I'm really really perplexed.
