Thanks Anne. Generally, I find having compass direction told to me to be irritating because I'm directionally challenged. However, I found an exception to that. I don't know if any of you have ever done this, but I have successfully used the compass that comes with the iPhone in a large mall, specifically North Park Mall here. It works great. I have never been able to use compasses because they didn't harass me enough and I had to keep asking where I was all the time. However, the one on the iPhone works fine because it does keep changing if I move directions. 1@ have found this useful in an open area like this mall has. My dog keeps pretty straight, but if we should happen to angle too much or when I want to find the right door for the bus stop, having constant updates has been helpful.
