Hi,

if your looking to go the free rout, you can try ClamXav.  For the payed route, 
you can try ESET anti virus solution for the Mac.  I'm using the free 30 day 
tral now actually.  It is accessible if your running Mountain Lion because, you 
need access to the status menu to really use it.
