Only limitation to all these solutions is that the stream/file has to be
unencrypted. Encrypted Windows Media can only be unencrypted by
Microsoft's tools since the algorithm is proprietary and MS hasn't
released to to anyone else. So they are the only ones who could
implement a player that handle their encrypted data and they have chosen
not to do this for any platform except their own.
