Try cmd-q then. When the other two fail, and when vo-space on a close button 
(if I can find one) fails, cmd-q is my next step. Sometimes a dialog will 
refuse to close if it nees you to make a decision, but that is rare. That said, 
I've never printed, so this might be one of those.
