Hi, It sounds like you have multiple Outgoing servers with the same settings. Two things to note here. First, you would not need to totally delete the account then recreate it as you would most likely end up with the same issue. This problem appears to be within your list of smtp Servers. Navigate through the list and confirm which Servers are necessary and remove the one(s) that aren't needed. I'm guessing that one in your list already has the proper settings but simply is not the one associated with that specific account. Either note the proper one and modify its Description or delete the one not associated with your account then make the changes to the smtp Server associated with your account. If you do delete the one that is currently associated with your account, you'll need to correctly choose a new one from your smtp Server list.
