The closest thing I've seen so far when using a Refreshabraille 18 on my Mac was with iTunes in the music table. Braille seems to read the entire row each time you move up or down where speech will speak the current cell in that table. It would be nice to get Braille to read just the cell instead of the entire row.
Not sure where else this might be happening; I have generally found Braille usage to be better on IOS devices but I have spent little time on the mac with Braille so far.
