I haven't set anything up yet but if the full screen has to be sent to someone in order to solve the CAPTCHA, what's to prevent critical information elsewhere on that screen from being sent along? I mean things like account numbers, passwords, and the like. After all, this usually comes up when establishing a new account. In fact, last year, I had to solve CAPTCHAs at the point of filing my US tax returns.
