The order is OSX on the left, Windows in the middle and the recovery partition on the right. If you have your system set up to boot in OSX by default and press and hold the Option key then you press the right arrow then the enter key to boot into Windows. On the other hand, if you have your system set up to boot in Windows by default, then press your option key hold it down then press the left arrow to boot into OSX.
