Hello,

I am having some trouble with DropBox.  More specifically, I have 2 team 
members that are having an issue with their DropBox folders do not update when 
I add something to a shared folder.  The files will be visible if the go to the 
DropBox website and log into their account, but if they open their DropBox on 
their computer the file or files will not be there.

I have tried to unlink the accounts and then relink them but still the problem 
persists.  I should mention that both of these team members are on Windows 
computers but that should not make a difference.

Does anyone have any ideas of what I can try to fix this?
