Hi guys. I just discovered something while downloading books from BARD. Maybe some of you guys knew about this, but I sure didn't. Maybe somebody else here didn't know either.
I had a problem downloading three of my books while on BARD. I had to go ahead and quit Safari, erase the old zip files, find the books again, and start over. I've never had this happen before, but their computer must have been having a problem. I had gotten my sighted husband to check the download progress because ours truly hadn't figured out how. He left the room, and I decided to try something. After pressing option command l and getting the list, I then got desperate and interacted with the title of one of them. And lo, when I pressed VO right arrow, there was the progress indicator. I ended up fixing my problem, so all's well. I also have just discovered, at least in Bard, that the return key is working instead of control option space on those links. This is definitely better than what has been happening with that command lately. Did it get changed or something?
