For the Mac, the only real solution right now is ZCAPTCHA at http://www.azavia.com . Works pretty well, even if sometimes it takes the Amazon turks a while, sometimes quite a while, to send you back a solution. So, there are some that won't work, because they change on their own, but most should. Not a perfect solution, but there it is.
