I assume you mean in Safari? If so, ctrl-tab move to the next tab, 
ctrl-shift-tab to the previous one. Cmd-w closes the open tab, though I don't 
know the command to close a window or, in fact, manage windows at all. FYI, 
cmd-l moves you to the address/search bar, and the resulting page will replace 
the current page in the active tab. Cmd-t, on the other hand, will open the 
page in a new tab.
