What's a good program for keeping your mac running smoothly? I have heard of "clean my mac" and "cocktail". But don't know what either one does. When I was using windows, they had C-Cleaner, disk clean up, and disk defragmenter. Are there similar programs that do this for the mac, maybe one that does it all? I know there is a version of C-Cleaner for the mac, but don't know how good it works if at all. Suggestions, thoughts?
