i use nice cast when i feel like streaming. 
 it's VO friendly. 
 I like you, am totally blind but I do videos as well. Quicktime broadcaster is 
fantastic for that. 
 I am guessing though you will want to do just an audio stream on shout cast or 
ice cast so Nicecast is your best bet.
