I recently installed drivers for our HP Printer/copier/scanner. I went into the Applications Folder, found HP Scan and attempted to add this to the Dock with Command-Shift-T. I think it may have been under the HP Utilities Folder. Anyway, VO announced "add to Dock", but when I accessed the dock, the number of items in the dock did not increase and HP Scan wasn't in the Dock. I tried a second time with the same result. Any ideas as to why this item does not appear in the Dock? Thanks.
