Chris, I just tried the obvious -- saving to the Desktop instea of the particular folder I was trying to save in all along, and it worked perfectly. I'm not sure what settings to chagne t oallow me to save in the original folder, though. It says my user is read and write, but Staf and Everyone is read only.
