Hi John, I did a quick web search, and found that Logic Keyboard gets good review for their low vision keyboard products. However, they appear to only make wired keyboards for the Mac. You can find those on sale at Amazon, for example, one of the product options for low vision with black letters on yellow keys: http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B006G16S9Y/
According to their web site they make a black on white skin that fits on MacBook Pro, MacBook Air, and Apple Wireless keyboards, the XLPrint LogicSkin White on Black Keyboard Cover: http://www.logickeyboard.com/shop/xlprint-logicskin-white-2655p.html You can buy this from Amazon for $24.95: http://www.amazon.com/LogicKeyboard-Apple-LogicSkin-Transparent-Keyboard/dp/B005GY8J9O/ A Google search also shows that you can buy this from B&H Photo for $27.50: http://www.bhphotovideo.com/c/product/759436-REG/Logic_Keyboard_LS_LPRNTWB_MBUC_US_Large_Print_White_on.html This is a long link that might wrap, so here's a shortened version: http://bitly.com/JAzket You might get a better answer from a low vision user, since I gather there can be a range of responses to the color contrast schemes that are offered. The skin is only offered in large print white on black. You can also try a site like Magnifying Aids: http://www.magnifyingaids.com/ But I didn't find any other products there, and the same keyboard skin was $39.95. HTH.
