Hi, We use Google Apps for Education here thus Google Drive is an integral part. From a accessibility prospective, Google Drive in the iOS platform is the most accessible but entering large amounts of text is, at best, cumbersome on an iDevice unless you have a Bluetooth keyboard. On the Mac, if you use Chrome with ChromeVox, the Google Docs are much more user friendly than they are in Safari. I'm not that good with ChromeVox though so I do some tricks to go between Safari and Chrome when editing/sharing Docs within my Google Drive. When you install the Google Drive on your Mac, you can place files into your Google Drive space and access them from any device you have Google Drive installed on.
