My only other thought is to move vo to the link, press vo-shift-u on the link. 
Vo will speak the url to which the link connects, and you can then press 
vo-shift-c to copy this to the clipboard so you can paste it into your address 
bar. If the site uses javascript/ajax to dynamically load the review this might 
not work, but it's worth a shot.
