I have no clue.  In fact I don't know anything about jaws 14 and normally I 
would have known a little bit.  I don't know what's happened, and I could not 
find the repair installation so they must have changed a lot on the way it is.  
I've just been concentrating on Voice Over although I use jaws every day at 
work.
