To get the second table:
        •       Interact with the first table;
        •       Select Bookmarks Bar;
        •       Stop interacting with the table;
        • VO-Right arrow two or three times until you get to the
horizontal splitter;
        •       Interact with the horizontal splitter;
        • Press VO-Up arrow once. Depending on how much RAM you have,
Safari may go busy at this point. If it does, best to leave it alone for a
while to see if it recovers. If it doesn't recover, you may have to force
Safari to quit.
        • If it doesn't go busy, or if it stops being busy, you should be
able to stop interacting with the horizontal splitter and VO-Left arrow to find
that second table. The second table will contain all the bookmarks in your
bookmarks bar. Here you can delete bookmarks with the delete/backspace key,
rearrange bookmarks by dragging and dropping them, and paste in new bookmarks
using command-x and command-v.

Hope this helps.

Nic
