Yes according to the folks on the podcast the menus and ability to select cut and paste are accessible with voice over. If I can find the podcast I will send the link. Apparently the software is only $49.00 which is considerably less expensive then it was when I purchased it for windows, though naturally not having purchased it I cannot verify the price.
