Hi, If you haven't done so already, go into system preferences/notifications and select twitter in the table and for alert style, choose none. Then select banner or alert. Whatever your preference for alert are and restart your Mac. On your phone, open the twitter app, select the me tab and double tap settings. in the notifications area, turn your different twitter notifications off then back on and restart your phone. This definitely got my notifications on my iPhone back in order after the most recent update to the app. I'm hoping the same will hold true for you on your Mac.
