Hi there! To add to this if and when you get to the last message in the html area if you then turn off cursor tracking with VO+shift+f3 then you can just start typing your reply after reading the message just sent to you and when you press return to send your reply you just arrow passed the message you just sent and wait for the reply to that and arrow through that one! And when you have finished that conversation remember to turn on cursor tracking again with the same command as before! hth Colin
