Hi Stacey,

Just VO-left arrow over to the message headers and interact.  Then press 
VO-Shift-M.  You should hear the person's email address spoken. Arrow down 
through the menu till you hear New Email and press Enter.  And you're good to 
go.  Note:  This is assuming that you're running Mountain Lion.
