If someone sends you an E-mail, and within that E-mail is a tracking number for a Fedex or USPS or UPS delivery, VO says, "Shipment number detected." But, when you VO-M context menu, the "track item," option just seems to disappear without doing anything. I even checked in Dashboard and it's not there.
