That is because there are no screws. When you flip the many over you should feel a very large circular rubber thing. At the three and nine will be two indents. That will turn counter clockwise. Now if all of your ports are to the rear with the front of the many facing you, the ram will be at the 10 or 11 o'clock position in that open circle. You need to push down on the ram gently in order to release the ram.
