When you plug it into your tv and plug the power in, give it a few moments,
and it will guide you through the setup. It'll tell you how to enable
VoiceOver, so just pay attention to the prompt

Subject: my apple product line is complete!

Well, I hesitated on buying apple TV in the past, since Netflix barely has
anything I don't, but I am a big hulu plus user, actually cut the cable cord
because of it's use. And since I have added my whole 2TB movie collection
to iTunes, it makes more since to get one. Mainly so I don't need sited
help like I do with my other set top media straming player. So, how do I
enable voice over, will I need sited help, or can I turn it on myself?
