Hi, I just went into the help options and did some research, and the "Custom" option on your Mac is what you want. If you enter "1" in the edit field and the choose "week," it will have the event occur on the first week of the month, from what I understand. There are checkboxes for what day(s) you want the event to recur on as well. Once you set that, there will be an "End" popup option where you can choose if you want the event to end after a set number of times. I do not know if this option is available on the iPhone, sorry.
