Hi Clifton,

When in iTunes, press the iPhone button, press the Music or Movies tab 
depending on which you wish to add, navigate right to the Scroll area and 
Interact with it and then make sure the Sync Movies or Sync Music checkbox is 
checked.  When in each of those areas you will find a Grid or Table where you 
can check individual items, playlists or whatever you wish synced to your 
iPhone.  After you've set these to your desired items, simply Apply the changes 
or Sync your iPhone and it will copy things over.  Depending on how large and 
how many items you chose to copy over will determine how long the copy process 
will take.
