It is very slow unless you purchase an account on sendspace, but it can be done. Locate the movie you want. Click on the link. It will bring you to sendspace. I find it is quickest to search for "click to start downloading" or whatever the phrase is. Do so. If you are using a free account, it may take quite a while, a half hour or possibly an hour. It should start playing as soon as it is fully downloaded, sometimes before it is finished. I find that it does not automatically get added to my iTunes library. If you want this, you can select it, copy it, then drag and drop it into the library of your choice. (Because it is an mp3, it will not go into movies.) You can use command i (I think I am remembering that correctly; it is so automatic for me now that I am not sure) to change the information, as it will usually show up as untitled otherwise.)
