Brian and others,

I find that in many cases QuickNav is less helpful than it is helpful.  It is 
convenient on websites, but other than that I do not use it.  In Pages it is 
best not to use it, for expanding and collapsing message threads in Mail it is 
better if you don't use it, etc.  It is not something I worry with too much, 
anymore.  At first I loved it, bu then I realized that it hurt mroe than it 
helped, in many cases.

That all being said, I, too, have seen these issues with QuickNav when I have 
used it.
