Hi, This is really weird, because it's working fine now for me, too. I tried it twice before a couple weeks ago, and it gave me the error message.
Either way, it works again. To use the app, after you select the documents tab, go to the button that says choose File, and then use the browser to locate the file you want. After you've chosen the file, go to the processing tab, and hit the run translation button, and it should translate.
