Hi
I've successfully connected my Braille Sense On Hand to my Mac. It was never
this easy in my Windows days. Very cool.
However I have two questions
1. Is it possible to stop seeing dots 7 and 8 when text is highlighted? I've
unchecked 8 dot braille but it still happens .

2. The display only seems to show the first 18 cells, often cutting off the
last word at the end of the line. . Panning the display forward doesn't reveal
the rest of the line. If I move further along the line with my qwerty keyboard
the display does then show it. I've not heard others who are using different
displays complain of this so I'm assuming this is unique to the Braille Sense
On Hand.
to be clear, I can only read the first half of every line with my display.
Panning forward jumps me to the beginning of the next line, not the rest of the
current line. I am definitely using the display forward and back buttons. Any
ideas? It may be a HIMS problem, or something Apple will fix in a next release
but I thought it worth asking.
Are there any other places to change settings than in the VO Utility under
braille?
Oh yes and VO knows there are 18 cells - I checked in the display table.
Thanks for any help.

Lisette
