What's your current OS? I ask because if you are running Lion and have an oder version of Drop Box, you aint gonna have no luck. You need to make sure you are running 10.8-ML-and have the latest Drop box: The latest is Version 1.6.10.
HTH. Oh, forgot to mention, access Drop box via the menu bar by pressing control+F8 and VO=left or right through the menu bar and VO+space to go in to a menu. When in the Drop Box menu frim there, press VO+space on Drop Box preferences and you can access and adjust everything from there.
