Yes, what we did is had the IT staff create us a email address, for example 
devices at name.com. This was our Apple ID account, for our three iPads. We 
were then able to comfortably end up the iPad's two clients, and allow them to 
utilize them without any concerns of losing data, or other privacy issues.
