What are you looking to do, exactly?  If you want to track your foods, there is 
lose it and spark people. They are both accessible.  Sparkpeople also has a 
very good website and they have tons of very good articles on there about 
nutrition, and they also have a whole section devoted to type 2 diabetics, 
which might interest you since you mentioned insulin resistance.  They are 
free, btw.
