I only get the new line spoken in HTML emails. Otherwise, in .doc or .docx files created on a PC, VO doesn't say "new line" unless I navigate line by line.
What are the verbosity settings being used by those of you who have the problem? I've also tried with different voices: Fred, Alex, Tom and Peter (one of the Infovox iVox British voices).
