Hi, Yes you can move them from the first table to the second. Select the ones you wish to move then press cmd-x to cut them out of that table. Select the category where you wish to move them from the first table, stop interacting and navigate over to the second table, interact with it and cmd-v to paste them into that group of bookmarks.
It's best to use the Cut command in this case so that they do not remain where you don't want them. Later...
