Hello I agree I am with Comcast and I don't have a clue on how to get audio described and when you phone them they have not a clue what I am talking about so I still cant listen to ad so if anybody knows how to activate it that would be great thanks in advance

And, the sad fact is that is every blind person called and complained, it would not make much more than a splash in the pond demographics wise; even if every blind customer boycotted all cable services until all menus and options became accessible, the world just wouldn't care. .
