Hello,

I want to edit header information in Pages. The document was a .doc file
originally. If I try to read the text with VoiceOver, I am unable, but if I
select New TextEdit Window Containing Selection, the text is shown to me. It
is from someone's resume they gave me to copy the format. I am wondering why
VoiceOver does not read the header text -- maybe because it considers it static
text, whatever that is? The rest of the document is perfectly useable,
otherwise.

Thanks for any help, guys. The text has one line centered, and on the next
line it has left justified, and then the e-mail justified to the right on the
same line… something like that, anyway. It is from someone who has sight and
was looked over by a person at their university, so I know it looks
professional.

Thanks,

Harry
