This won't help right now, but it may in the future.
I set up Google Voice and give everyone that number who I don't want
to have my actual number. Calls and texts can be run through that
number, and if someone is being annoying, I can just go in and block
them myself. Before, I used Skype and had calls forwarded to my phone
for the same reason, but with Google Talk, you can also do this with
SMS.
