The Time Capsule is the Higher end Apple router.  It's basically an Extreme 
Base Station that has a 2 or 3 TB HD built into it.  I bought one so I could 
Time Machine backup my Mac Mini and Mac Book Pro wirelessly onto a single disk. 
 I also have an external 3 TB drive connected to the TC as an Air Disk for 
additonal backup purposes and file storage.
