Hi Scott,

I have tried holding Power-home combination to attempt a reset, no response.
I have tried unplugging and reconnecting the charger, no chirp, no response.
I have tried connecting the device to my Macintosh with iTunes running, no
recognition of the device from iTunes.

If the iPod is indeed in recovery mode, how can I find that out, and how could
I get access to the unit?

Thanks.

Bob
