Hi Chris,
I will experiment a bit with it, but I have heard from a few people that it
does not work with a VoiceOver audio stream.
So far, the best method I have found to remotely work with a client is
using screen sharing through Messages. As long as the client has their audio
turned up so you can hear it over the connection, it will work.
