As far as I know, iWeb is a tool used for creating a pectoral presence on
the web. From what I remember when I was in grad school for a time, teacher
training candidates a.k.a. future classroom teachers, had to use it to
create their portfolio. I believe in some states this is a requirement for
perspective classroom teachers. Also as far as I know it is completely
inaccessible with voiceover. So if you are wanting to use this application
my suggestion would be to use a reader, a.k.a. a human person who can read.
Or find some other application which will do roughly the same thing? I hope
