I always recommend the apple BlueTooth keyboard. It's solid, tough, reliable, quick to type on and feels good under your fingers.
There is an amazon wireless keyboard that was reviewd on the AppleVis podcast feed a while ago and I think some plantronics ones that are getting good reviews but I haven't tried any I'm sorry.
